AEKU disposable range troubleshooting for nic salt users
AEKU disposable range advice for Cambodia, covering troubleshooting, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Most Cambodia buyers start with a well-known brand name and then discover that fit and coil availability matter far more. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 35:65 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly.
Anyone who has compared aeku disposable range options in Cambodia quickly learns that specification lists only tell part of the story. The Ocean Teal finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily.
Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over USB-C takes about 31 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Two things to check before ordering: the USB-C socket on the base and whether the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the newer generation.
The Ocean Teal finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the Q-Plus takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For nic salt users, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge.
Battery behaviour is where the Robust Pro earns its keep: the 1500 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 60 and recharges over USB-C. We would pair the Robust Pro with a 35:65 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.
The build quality on Robust Pro is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. In Cambodia, availability of the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. Charging over USB-C takes about 31 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Kiwi Lime: tangy, green, described as tart kiwi balanced by lime. On a 35:65 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Cambodia
Availability in Cambodia is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω regular and the USB-C are both in stock before committing, and check that the Q-Plus matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and KHR rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Availability shifts often, so check the current listing before committing to a large order.
